Who we are

What we process and why
1. Booking requests
When you press a WhatsApp or phone button on this site, or open a booking link, the details you entered (route, date, time, number of passengers, name, flight number or notes) are placed in a WhatsApp message that you send yourself. At the moment you press the button, a copy of those details is sent to AHM Transfer's internal notification channel (a private Telegram chat) together with a short reference code, the page or service that referred you to us (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), campaign tags in the link, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider), device type and the site language. We use this to answer requests and to understand which channels bring them.
2. Storage on your device
We keep your language choice, the reference code and the first referring source in your browser's local and session storage. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
3. AI connector (MCP server)
Our connector at https://ahmtransfer.com/mcp receives only the parameters an AI assistant sends to a tool (places, date, time, number of passengers, name, notes). It does not receive your conversation and requires no account. We log the tool name and the requested places to operate the service and prevent abuse. Booking links created by the connector work as described in section 1.
4. Technical logs
Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site. Application logs, including booking-request notifications, are kept for up to 7 days.
5. Fonts
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when you open a page.
Legal basis
We process booking details to take steps at your request before providing a transfer, and source and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.
Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. Data is handled only by the providers needed to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Telegram (internal notifications), WhatsApp / Meta (the chat you start with us) and Google (fonts). Each processes data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Booking conversations and notifications are kept as long as needed to carry out the transfer and meet legal obligations, and are deleted on request where the law allows. Technical logs are kept for up to 7 days.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will answer as soon as we can.
Children
The service is not directed to children; bookings are made by adults.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Hangi veriyi neden işliyoruz
1. Rezervasyon talepleri
Sitedeki WhatsApp veya telefon düğmesine bastığınızda ya da bir rezervasyon bağlantısını açtığınızda, girdiğiniz bilgiler (güzergâh, tarih, saat, yolcu sayısı, isim, uçuş numarası veya not) sizin göndereceğiniz bir WhatsApp mesajına yazılır. Düğmeye bastığınız anda bu bilgilerin bir kopyası; kısa bir referans kodu, sizi bize yönlendiren sayfa veya hizmet (örneğin arama motoru ya da yapay zekâ asistanı), bağlantıdaki kampanya etiketleri, yaklaşık konumunuz (IP adresinizden barındırma sağlayıcımızın çıkardığı ülke ve şehir), cihaz türü ve site diliyle birlikte AHM Transfer'in iç bildirim kanalına (özel bir Telegram sohbeti) iletilir. Bunu taleplere cevap vermek ve taleplerin hangi kanaldan geldiğini anlamak için kullanırız.
2. Cihazınızda saklananlar
Dil tercihiniz, referans kodu ve ilk yönlendiren kaynak tarayıcınızın yerel ve oturum belleğinde tutulur. Reklam çerezi, üçüncü taraf analiz aracı veya izleme pikseli kullanmıyoruz.
3. Yapay zekâ bağlayıcısı (MCP sunucusu)
https://ahmtransfer.com/mcp adresindeki bağlayıcımız yalnızca asistanın bir araca gönderdiği parametreleri alır (yerler, tarih, saat, yolcu sayısı, isim, not). Sohbetinizi almaz, hesap gerektirmez. Hizmeti işletmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için araç adını ve sorulan yerleri kaydederiz. Bağlayıcının ürettiği rezervasyon bağlantıları 1. maddedeki gibi çalışır.
4. Teknik kayıtlar
Barındırma sağlayıcımız Cloudflare, siteyi sunmak ve korumak için IP adresi ve istek verilerini işler. Rezervasyon bildirimleri dahil uygulama kayıtları en fazla 7 gün tutulur.
5. Yazı tipleri
Site yazı tiplerini Google Fonts'tan yükler; sayfayı açtığınızda tarayıcınız Google sunucularına bağlanır.
Hukuki dayanak
Rezervasyon bilgilerini, talebiniz üzerine transfer öncesi adımları atmak için; kaynak ve teknik verileri ise hizmeti işletme ve koruma yönündeki meşru menfaatimize dayanarak işleriz.
Veriyi kimler alır
Kişisel veri satmıyoruz. Veriler yalnızca hizmet için gerekli sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenir: Cloudflare (barındırma), Telegram (iç bildirim), WhatsApp / Meta (bizimle başlattığınız sohbet) ve Google (yazı tipleri). Her biri kendi şartlarına göre işler.
Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
Rezervasyon yazışmaları ve bildirimler, transferi gerçekleştirmek ve yasal yükümlülükleri karşılamak için gereken süre boyunca tutulur; yasanın izin verdiği durumlarda talebiniz üzerine silinir. Teknik kayıtlar en fazla 7 gün tutulur.
Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde GDPR kapsamında, hakkınızda hangi veriyi tuttuğumuzu sorabilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilir, kullanımına itiraz edebilirsiniz. WhatsApp veya telefonla ulaşmanız yeterli.
Çocuklar
Hizmet çocuklara yönelik değildir; rezervasyonlar yetişkinler tarafından yapılır.
